By accessing or using Twined (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Twined. We may update the Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Twined is an application that integrates with third-party meeting providers (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet) and calendar platforms (Google, Outlook, Apple) to schedule and manage events. Twined does not own or control these external services and is not responsible for their availability or content.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Twined. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are liable for any activity occurring under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating or updating your account.
Twined allows you to connect your personal Zoom, Microsoft, or Google accounts via OAuth. By doing so, you grant Twined permission to act on your behalf for scheduling, editing, and retrieving meetings or calendar events. You must comply with each provider’s terms of use. Twined only uses your credentials to perform the requested scheduling functions and does not share them with third parties beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.
Our use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Twined, you agree to the practices described in that policy.
Twined grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service. All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on Twined are the property of their respective owners. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without prior written permission.
Twined is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements or that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Twined, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the fees (if any) paid by you to Twined for the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Twined, its affiliates, and its respective officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or demands arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Twined operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Twined at any time, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.
Twined may update or modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on this page, and the updated Terms will be effective upon posting.
